David Cool
David Cool is the Owner and Managing Broker of Cool Realty LLC. He has over 30 years of sales, marketing and management experience. He is a hands-on leader and makes it a point to stay active in management, listings and sales. Mr. Cool came to Florida after completing his bachelor’s degrees from Marshall University in West Virginia and in the early 2000s, he got his real estate license.

If you're not interested in renting your home, we can take care of it while you're away. The charge is $300 monthly. We visit every 10 days and handle all sorts of services. From flushing toilets to bringing in the mail. We take care of anything that may be needed during our visit.
